The owner of the online store karulametsjapuit.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Karula Mets ja Puit OÜ (registry code 17513927), located at Vana-Käärikmäe, Käärikmäe village, Valga municipality, Valga county 68108.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is determined during the checkout process and depends on the quantity of goods ordered. If delivery is not included in the price of the goods, the seller will provide a transport quote to the buyer after the order has been placed.
Information about the goods and their transport conditions is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method must be selected, if available. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid upon delivery of the goods.
The agreement enters into force upon submission of the order.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, generally within 1-2 working days.
Delivery
Goods are transported to the following countries: Estonia.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the product information.
The seller will agree on the transport time with the buyer before the transport is carried out. Generally, if the goods are in stock, delivery is possible within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.
Firewood is considered delivered and handed over once the load has been unloaded at the customer's location.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the e-shop within 14 days, except in cases where the goods have been manufactured according to the customer's order; such goods include, for example, loose firewood.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a notice of withdrawal from the order must be submitted.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, refund all payments received from the buyer under the agreement.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the agreement back or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the item back, whichever occurs earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store was marked significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to File a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which appears within two years from the
delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year after delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the
responsibility of the Online Store.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to karulametsjapuit@gmail.com or by calling: 58 110 375.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods due to the consumer's actions or omissions (improper use, accident, etc.) or if it is normal wear and tear resulting from the standard use of the item.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
